EVERYTHING SIMPLY GOES provides house cleanouts for customers dealing with moving, downsizing, inherited property clean up, and preparing a home for sale or rent.
Stuff that can be repurposed is donated to non-profits helping those in need. The remaining items will be recycled to reduce waste in landfills.
Garbage items will be taken to the transfer station so that the property is ready for rent or sale.

Will you remove everything from the home?
Yes. You take everything out that you need or want and the rest will be donated, recycled or disposed.
Can we choose which non-profits will receive the donated items?
You can make recommendations, but it’s not guaranteed. It depends on what the non-profit has the capacity to receive it at the time.

How much does it cost?
There is a per hour charge that includes 10 lawn bags of garbage for disposal. Load volume and excessive weight will require a roll-off and will be additional.
Are there items you can’t remove?
Currently we do not remove appliances, however, all non-profits will be contacted and if they can use them, they can pick them up. We also do not handle hazardous materials.
Do you also clean the house when you’re done?
For customers who contract for cleanout service, general cleaning can be provided for a reduced amount. Contact us for details.
